Our engraving service allows you to select your desired font, size and text. From monograming to coordinates, you can create a truly personalised piece.
Click the ENGRAVE ME button to start your design. Please note that each piece may vary in the number of characters possible due to sizing. We recommend manually writing your engraving message, if copy and pasted, it will override the character limit and the engraving won't be able to be processed.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING
All engraving is complimentary and done in house. Please allow up 1-2 business days for us to process your order (excluding delivery). All items in your order will be sent together with the engraved designs.
RETURN POLICY
Please note: Due to the nature of engraving, we cannot accept returns with engraved designs.

Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
- To lodge a return or request a credit voucher, all jewellery must be in its original condition and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on engraved items, and due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- All archive purchases are not valid for refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers unless deemed faulty.
