Jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. All Solid jewellery is within warranty for 12 months. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery.
Please note, Kirstin Ash is delicate and should be handled carefully. Take care of your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.

In the event your jewellery is faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with;
- Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)
- Description and photo of the damaged jewellery
In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.
A postage cost of up to $10AUD will be reimbursed for the return of faulty jewellery.
If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, you will need to return to them with proof of purchase along with the faulty item.
