Shipping Update: Studio Relocation

From 15 July to 19 July, our team will be relocating to a new studio.

During this time, you may experience slightly longer dispatch times while we carefully move our operations. Our team will continue packing and shipping orders as quickly as possible, however there may be a short delay before your order is dispatched.

We appreciate your patience while we settle into our new space and are working hard to minimise any disruption.

What you can expect:

• Orders placed between 15–19 July may take a little longer to dispatch than our usual timeframes.
  
• Once your order has shipped, you'll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details via email as normal.
  
• Our Customer Care team remains available to assist with any questions.

ORDER PROCESSING 

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday, and shipped via your selected shipping service. Orders placed prior to 1PM will be shipped the same day. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

As we process orders quickly, we're unable to cancel, modify, add or remove items once an order has been placed. This includes changes to sizes, colours, quantities, products, and delivery details.

If you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once processing has begun.

SHIPPING 

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. To check your estimated delivery times, please check your postcode here. 

DELIVERIES

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection. You will need to present your missed delivery card and a valid form of ID to collect your order.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you can update your delivery preferences through the Australia Post app before delivery.
