Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipped via Express Post.

Engraved orders are processed in-house, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for these to be shipped.

Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

Australian Orders 

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

New Zealand Orders

You are currently on our Australia website, orders will be shipped via UPS Express with a delivery timeline of 1-3 business days.

Purchase via our New Zealand website, for local shipping options.  Orders will be dispatched from our base in Christchurch, delivery is typically 1-3 days. However please note, if any items are out of stock we can require an additional 3-5 days to transfer stock from our Sydney studio.

Aramex are currently partnered with UPS to deliver parcels to remote areas in NZ. Due to Covid-19, signature upon delivery is not possible. If UPS confirms ‘delivery’ and you have not received your order, please use your UPS tracking number on the Aramex website for the most recent update. If tracking is inconclusive, please email



United Kingdom & Europe Orders

UK and European orders are sent from our Australia Studio via UPS Express. Delivery is typically 3 business days to the UK, however it can be up to 5 days depending on your location. Shipping for other European countries is noted between 2-5 business days. To find out more information about your location please click here:

Returns are processed at our UK Distribution warehouse, located in Dorset. Please see our returns page for more info.

Please note when ordering on or, all duties and taxes are covered for our customers and there will be no customs delays due to this. 

United States Orders

You are currently on our Australia website, orders will be shipped via UPS Express with a delivery timeline of 1-3 business days.   

Purchase via our US website for local currency and optimised shipping. Orders to the United States are sent via UPS Express and are delivered within 1-3 business days (depending on location).

Please note: we do not cover the return postage cost, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders.


Missed Delivery

Please note: in the event that no one is home or delivery cannot be made, the delivery will be taken to the nearest post shop. The delivery service will generally leave a missed delivery card, which will provide the details of the nearest depot where the delivery is located. Unfortunately due to security and postal service policies, we are unable to arrange for re-delivery or pickup while the delivery is at this location. Pick-up is the responsibility of the customer and legally the person listed on the address is the only person who can pick-up the delivery. If pick-up is not possible, the delivery will be returned to us and at that stage we can either resend to you, or we can offer a refund or credit (depending on what you prefer).
