ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday, and shipped via your selected shipping service. Orders placed prior to 1PM will be shipped the same day.

DELIVERIES

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection. You will need to present your missed delivery card and a valid form of ID to collect your order.

If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you can update your delivery preferences through the Australia Post app before delivery.
