In the event that you receive faulty or damaged jewellery from us, we are happy to replace or refund the items.
Please email us a photo, description of the damage, and date of purchase. You will then need to return the jewellery, along with the original packaging and a proof of purchase (a delivery note, printed receipt or bank statement). We can only replace items that are in stock and will do our best to keep you, our customer happy. We offer a 12 month warranty with proof of purchase.
