WARRANTY POLICY

 

Jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.  All Solid jewellery is within warranty for 12 months.  This covers manufacturing faults and defects.  It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery.

If another jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, our warranty will be voided. 

 

Please note, Kirstin Ash is delicate and should be handled carefully.  Take care of your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.

Tennis Bracelet

The Vale Tennis Bracelet has a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. To preserve the integrity of the piece, please handle it gently and follow the recommended care instructions here

For longevity of your piece, we advise avoiding bending, twisting, or stretching the bracelet.  Repetitive stress can place strain on the links and may compromise the structure of the piece. Damage caused by such wear is not covered under your warranty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

In the event your jewellery is faulty, please contact us on hello@kirstinash.com with;

  • Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)

  • Description and photo of the damaged jewellery

In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team.   A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.

If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, you will need to return to them with proof of purchase along with the faulty item.
