COVID-19 Updates


Our Sydney studio is open and processing all online orders including engraving.  We're aiming to process orders within 12-24 hours, however, with less staff in the studio, we appreciate your patience if there are slight delays. 

Engraving orders are done in-house and take 2-3 days to be processed.

Here are some of the current measures put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and KA team.



To keep our studio safe we are currently operating with less staff than usual.  This means we currently have delays with customer enquiries and a backlog of orders.

At the moment we estimate customer support enquiries will be responded to within 1- 3 business days.

After each shift, the studio equipment and surfaces are wiped down and disinfected for the next team's shift.  Staff are frequently washing hands throughout the day and there are multiple hand sanitising stations set up in the studio.

Where possible, your jewellery will arrive in its packaging to avoid staff directly handling the piece before it's delivered to you.



As usual, all orders will be shipped via Express Post.  Australia Post have announced some delays and have temporarily suspended the next day delivery guarantee.  Express Post is still in operation, however, parcels may not be delivered next business day every time. You can get their updates from these links;

We have extended our return period to 60 days due to various lockdown measures around the world.  We want to offer our customers flexibility and support during this hard time, please contact our customer service team if we can assist in any way.

Once we receive returns, please allow 5 business day to process your credit note or refund.
