On Thursday, April 2nd AEDT, the Paschal Moon (more commonly known as the Pink Moon) will reach its peak in Australia at a poetic 1:11pm. This lunar moment symbolises emotional renewal and heart healing, inviting us to release what no longer aligns and step gently into a softer, more authentic chapter.

Here’s how to make the most of April’s full moon:

Meditate

Meditation is a powerful way to centre yourself, check in with your emotions, and become more attuned to the energy around you.

Find a comfortable space where you can rest undisturbed, ideally somewhere touched by moonlight. Close your eyes and allow the energy of the full moon to fill your body. Focus on your breath, gently returning to it as you set your intentions for the new lunar cycle.

Visualisation can deepen this practice. Imagine the moon’s light enveloping you, cleansing and purifying your mind, body, and spirit.

Remain here for as long as feels right.

Journal

Journaling helps bring clarity to your thoughts and anchors your intentions.

Take time to reflect on what is no longer serving you, and write it down. Then, turn your focus toward what you wish to welcome in, what you are ready to receive and nurture in this new cycle.

Draw a Bath

Immersing yourself in warm water is a simple yet powerful ritual for renewal and purification. 

Add a few drops of your favourite essential oils (we recommend lavender) to help calm the mind and fully surrender to the moment. Let the water hold you as you release tension and invite in stillness.
